 SKIING IN CAPPADOCIA ( November 20 - April 20 )

Lying 25km (15.53m) south of the central Anatolian city of Kayseri, the Tekir Yaylasi plateau is home to the Erciyes Ski Center along the easternmost facade of Mt. Erciyes.  At 2150m (7054ft) the resort’s grounds offer reliable, all natural snow, various trails, some lifts and a range of equipment and accessories during the season which runs from December through April.

With excursions easily accessible by way of a one-hour domestic flight from Istanbul, your favorite winter sport can now be coupled with the discovery of Cappadocia.

 SKIING IN ULUDAG ( December 20 - March 1 )

Uludag is located in the South Marmara Region in Uludag National Park. The ski center is a 40 minute drive from Bursa.

The skiing area of Uludag is 1750 - 2547 m high and covered with forests. The duration of skiing is 120 days a year. The average snow fall is 3 m in winter. At the beginning of the season the type of snow is ''powdery snow'' and at the end of the season the snow characteristic is slightly "slushy".
